Our Local Market Vendors

Coffee Science NOLA

Coffee Science is CCFM’s first coffee vendor! With a shop and cafe on Broad St., Coffee Science was originally opened by long time coffee roaster and barista Tom Oliver, who has spent the past 30 years in the coffee industry here in New Orleans. Coffee Science is at the Sunday City Park market every week selling whole beans, hot coffee and cold brew, and an array of their specialty coffee drinks, like the espresso nebula which is a whipped espresso drink with cane sugar and ice. They’ve also got a serious pastry program which includes seasonal breakfast grab-and-go items like burritos and savory pastries as well as a chocolate espresso king cake featured in the new Big Book of King Cake. Trim your morning errands and satisfy all your caffeine needs for the week at the Sunday CCFM!
